Following extensive research and development, we found that the optimum mattress thickness for touring caravans is around 18cm. We consider this to be thinner and lighter than traditional domestic mattresses without sacrificing comfort.
For those requiring a different depth, our memory foam mattress is slimmer at 14cm deep and we have a 21cm deep variant of our superior Hybrid Nano Pocket Sprung mattress.

Your Custom Mattresses are packed full of high-quality components and as such may a little heavier than standard (less comfortable) caravan mattresses. Given the many variations of size and shape of mattresses, it is impossible to give you the exact weight difference. - Our mattresses are handmade and we, therefore, need to work within a manufacturing tolerance of 2cm. If your mattress has fixed points side to side and/or lengthways.
